His experience has brought us incredible hand picked varietals expressing the best of Okanagan Family run wineries with a focus on organic farming and practices. Each one of the wines chosen by Ron has went through sourcing the best of what we can do. It is a core part of what our restaurant is about. One of the biggest influences in incredible Okanagan Wine, Michael Bartier’s influence across our wine menu is apparent. Gorgeous Sancerre style Sauvignon Blanc brought in specifically for our restaurant collaborated with one of France’s top wine company’s Boutinot.
